Lead the training and upskilling of the FP&A team, with a focus on strengthening analytical capabilities, financial modeling, and business partnering skills.

Develop standardized tools, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across regions and entities.
Development of Regional Performance Analysis Frameworks

Design and implement a robust process for performance analysis versus Forecast, Prior Year, and Budget, ensuring alignment at both Global and Regional levels.

Enhance visibility on business drivers, performance trends, and variances to support strategic decision-making.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting automation.
Support to FP&A Deliverables

Contribute to key FP&A activities, including executive reporting, board presentations, and other initiatives supporting financial planning and performance management.
Team Leader Responsibilities
- Motivates and inspires team members
- Leads by setting a good example (role model) – behavior consistent with words
- Facilitates problem solving and collaboration within the team
- Gets involved in the set-up and monitoring team performance and reports on metrics; follows-up results and implements improvement mesures in order to maintain consistent service quality in the team
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Work as the mediator between management and team members to facilitate good communication and transparence of complaints from both parties, and see to it that all issues are sorted out
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Planning, or Corporate Finance, preferably in a multinational environment. Experience in a business strategy consultancy firm will be a plus.
- Graduate degree in business administration preferably with Controlling or Finance focus
- General knowledge of Excel modelling, financial management system knowledge (HFM, Cognos, TM1, SAP)
- Financial modelling skills, Strategic mindset, Financial Performance analysis knowledge in manufacturing environment, IFRS Principle knowledge
- English (fluent) and German appreciated (basic knowledge)
- Advanced skills working with MS office modules (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
