Global FP&A Manager
Drive global financial strategy by leading long-term planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment, profitability, and informed decision-making across regions.
Strategic and Financial Planning:
- Lead the 5-Year Business Planning and Budget process, ensuring strategic alignment across regions.
- Develop and maintain financial models and templates to support long-term planning, and scenario analysis.
- Align and set regional targets ensuring consistency with the company’s long-term vision.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Oversee regional performance tracking against targets and strategic plans, providing insights into variances and corrective actions.
- Conduct monthly analysis of product portfolio evolution on topline and profitability by customer and substrate.
- Support budget target setting and negotiation with Regional CFOs to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Manage budget process, ensuring the financial framework reflects updated business priorities.
- Track performance deviations vs. targets and budgets on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure achievement of year-end objectives.
Financial Processes:
- Prepare budget calendars and models to streamline the financial planning process.
- Develop budget decks and presentations to communicate financial insights to leadership.
- Lead impairment test preparation and alignment to ensure financial compliance and strategic adjustments.
- Drive Strategy Presentation preparation and support.
Special Projects & Business Initiatives:
- Oversee special projects monitoring and tracking, ensuring financial and strategic objectives are met.
- Support M&A and integration projects, including financial analysis and due diligence.
- Set and assess STI targets, ensuring alignment with business performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc scenario modeling, providing decision-makers with data-driven insights for key initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA will be a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Planning, or Corporate Finance, preferably in a multinational environment. Experience in a business strategy consultancy firm will be a plus.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience with budgeting, long-term planning, and variance analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making at regional and corporate levels.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in M&A, integration projects, or special initiatives is a plus
