Global EHS Reporting Senior Analyst 

 

 

Join us as a dedicated professional for our Global Environmental, Health, and Safety department, where you'll be play a key role in our mission to enhance environmental, health, and safety standards worldwide, ensuring comprehensive data integrity and impactful reporting that drives continuous improvement and sustainability.

 

Key responsibilities
 
  • Review incident and fire reports for completeness and correctness, file and administrate reports in the system, follow up on actions/measures.
  • Maintain system and documentation (tracking of findings) related to ethical audits (SEDEX)
  • Ensure the data completeness of the Global Environmental, Health, and Safety S reports
  • Prepare/assemble monthly reports, reconcile data, safeguard the correctness and timeliness (e.g. review dashboard, review executive summary, etc.)
  • Coordinate and organize documentation of annual internal and external audits and support the organizational issues
  • Support the local management team in ad-hoc tasks and performe back-up for Facility Management role
  • Support the Corporate Responsibilities team in ad-hoc tasks and performe back-up for the Global COC & LCA (Chain of Custody and Life Cycle Assessment) role

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
 
  • 2-3 years of job experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance etc.
  • Good level of MS Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, proficient in using analysis tools (e.g. Excel, MS Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Structured and organized - ability to work with a remote team
  • Environmental, Health, and Safety knowledge is a plus
