• Analyze process and system efficiencies and priority of improvement steps 

• Initiate and lead improvement and automation projects leveraging modern business intelligence tools 

• Define. own and execute the roadmap to upgrade SIG’s analytical and reporting capabilities liaising with key internal customers 

• Maintain the architecture of corporate performance indicators as well as corporate reporting structure 

• Develop and maintain the process quickcards and procedures 

• Design and maintain the architecture of management reporting systems 

• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives 

• Support regular financial performance management, strategic planning and commercial finance activities upon need 

• Own master data and access rights maintenance for key FP&A and controlling reporting systems 

• Perform system trainings to new users and groups of users 

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economics with specialization in Finance and/or further education in the area of Controlling or financial planning and analysis. 

• + 5 years of relevant experience in Controlling / Finance / Reporting IT systems 

• Proven experience in reporting tools (e.g. COGNOS and TM1, Qlik, SAC, Power BI) 

• SAP (CO / FI modules) and SAP S4/HANA knowledge (nice to have) 

• Background in IT and business intelligence 

• Advanced data analytics capability 

• Very good skills in Excel (advanced level) and Power Point 

• Communication skills incl. presentation & partnership building across geographies and management levels 

• Advanced English language skills. 

• Experience collaborating with and indirectly managing cross-functional and international teams 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience influencing strategy by translating financial information into clear executive-level messaging
