Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst

- Deliver in-depth financial performance analysis to the Executive Board on Revenue, EBITDA, and Free Cash Flow, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Enhance, maintain, and develop standard reporting packages by market and product, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead the consolidation and coordination of data collection across markets, performing detailed variance analysis by market and product during reporting cycles (Forecast, Budget, Business Plan).
- Assess and validate market financial results, delivering actionable financial recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation through critical thinking to optimize internal financial processes and reporting frameworks.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and development within the team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling; experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a Big4 firm.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS GAAP and expertise in financial performance analysis. • Proven experience in delivering financial reports in a multinational environment for Month-End Close, Forecasts, and Budgets.
- Experience in consolidating financial results or strong knowledge of consolidation methodology.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel proficiency required); experience with reporting software (e.g., Essbase, HFM, Cognos, TM1) is a plus. Knowledge of coding (VBA, Python) is an advantage.
