• Preparation of service contract documents (Master Service Agreement, annexes, connectivity agreement)
• Support integration of connectivity agreement for our digital solutions into the standard service contract
• Improve level of automation in the service contract creation and approval process
• Use best practices for a centralized contract management structure and storage
• Support local organizations to improve contract lifecycle management and close backlog of service contracts

  Filler Contract Management

   

• Draft & provide 1st draft for contract/contractual documents based on request
• Collect internal approvals from relevant functions
• Maintain checklists for IFRS
• Update & maintain Project Master File for Filler
• File and archive of the final contracts & relevant documents, annexes.

• Education: Commercial or financial Degree or Commercial apprenticeship
• English skills: Independent user; German appreciated (basic knowledge).
• Microsoft Excel skills: Advanced skills
• SAP: Basic skills in different modules (CO, FI, SD, BW etc.).
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, commercial, financial roles, customer support
