Contract Lifecycle Management Senior Analyst

Key responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and rollout of the Icertis CLM platform, including learning the system in depth and becoming the internal subject-matter expert over time.
  • Collaborate with Global Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams to understand contract processes and translate business requirements into CLM configurations or enhancements.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the CLM platform, including user management, permissions, clause libraries, templates and configuration changes.
  • Monitor system performance, integrations, and data quality and coordinate issue resolution with internal IT teams and Icetis support. 
  • Maintain and update process documentation, governance standards, and best practices for CLM usage across SIG. 
  • Support contract process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, proposing optimizations and ensuring aligment with SIG's global standards. 
  • Coordinate enhacement requests and maintain a structures backlog, ensuring that CLM improvements are prioritized and delivered according to business needs. 
  • Support the integration of A.I. capabilities within the CLM platform, including identifying automation opportunities, testing new A.I.-driven functionalities, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance contract efficiency through emerging technologies. 
  • Stay informed about CLM industry trends, Icertis releases, and best practices, ensuring SIG continously leverages the platform efficiently. 

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • Bachelor's Degree (in IT, Technical Business or comparable).
  • 1+ year of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management. 
  • Fluent English and effective verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Customer focus and collaboration mindset.
