• Accounts payables/ receivables processing: day-to-day processing/ data entry of invoices received from suppliers and customer accounts including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording related data; contributes to solving issues involving suppliers’ s / customer’s accounts.
• Collaborates with suppliers, clients and other departments/team colleagues aiming to solve payments/ collections issues.
• Assists in processing of bank related transactions, manual bank postings and petty cash postings; Prepares related (sub)ledger postings and accounts reconciliations. 
• Assists in the addition/disposal of fixed assets related accounting processes and prepares the proper journal entries.
• Performs and/or participates during the month and in the month-end close activities which include computation and posting of all required journal entries, accounts reconciliation and documentation of internal controls,
• Supports in gathering and processing of financial information for multiple purposes connected to the group reporting, forecast and budget, cost analysis and other related. 
• Contributes to the archiving process of the accounting documents. 
• Participates in different team projects connected to improvement/standardization initiatives.
• Performs ad-hoc activities as instructed by the supervisor(s) or at business partners' requests; Temporary support and back-up in different situations required by the Team leader or Operations manager

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent degree/qualification
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting or Cash Allocation positions 
• Fluent level in English (speaking/writing/reading)
• Mathematical skills, enjoys working with & analyzing figures;
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Eager to learn, well-organized and results oriented; determined to achieve high quality outcomes;    
• Good verbal and written communication skills; 
• Team spirit along with initiative and active listening;
• Open to change and good adaption skills
