Account Receivable Senior Analyst
~ Determined period contract - 2 years.
- Performs daily processing and data entry tasks for customer accounts, which include verifying, classifying, calculating, posting, and recording accounts receivable data. Responsibilities cover intercompany manual invoicing, system-specific closing and maintenance activities, cash application tasks, direct debit operations, securitization program activities, and period-end closing tasks, such as intercompany reconciliation, netting, statement uploads and clearings, reconciliations, financial reporting preparation, cash management, dunning, accounts receivable aging monitoring, and generating KPI reports.
- Ensures timely follow-up and response to customer inquiries or business escalations related to payments, receipts, and customer document issues.
- Performs internal controls related to account receivable for all relevant entities.
- Engages in problem-solving to address and resolve customer account discrepancies.
- Completes ad-hoc tasks as directed by supervisors or requested by business partners.
- Documents, maintains, and updates corresponding work procedures.
- Takes initiative in process improvements, actively participating in the standardization and enhancement of accounts receivable processes and related projects and initiatives.
- University Degree in Economics / Finance or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable within a multinational corporate setting.
- Capability to quickly understand complex business structure.
- Accuracy in handling and delivering numerical data.
- Ability and drive to change processes continuously and efficiently.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Accounting ERP experience and MS Office knowledge.
- Fluency in English.
