Systems Specialist
The purpose of this role is to execute and maintain the Asset Performance Management (APM) strategy.
Maximize value creation of the assets deployed at customers by driving for Loss Elimination, Higher Availability, Improve Asset Utilization, Reduce Unplanned Downtime, , Reduce Risk Management.
Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, Predictive Analytics, support the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM).

Key responsibilities
- Work with Dubai/Global reliability management organization to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and existing deployed filling lines for the Cluster.
- Reflect lessons learned out of FSE problem-solving and diagnostics reports, equipment inspections, and machines performance in APM strategies when applies. Drive maintenance standardization with APM as the digital tool.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for the Cluster. Recommend maintenance strategy changes in APM that avoids the recurrence of these incidents.
- Monitor implementation and effectiveness of recommended maintenance strategies in APM. Analyze and Evaluate outcomes of these over the distributed assets within Cluster.
- Apply Data analysis techniques to carry out studies to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect Technical Availability. These problems include OEE loss, quality, cost or regulatory compliance issues and safety.
- Lead/Co-lead new asset installations and ensure integrity and reliability of new & installed assets base in accordance to APM functionality and requirements.
- Prepare succinct technical reports on the asset integrity KPI's, and weekly reports to keep management informed about the progress of initiatives and technical escalations.
- Provide technical coaching and execute systems training for local technical team
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

- Adhere to Regional and Global technical standards and governance with regards to APM
- Initiate process improvements, technical innovations, guidelines etc
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Educational background: Engineering Diploma/Degree
- Technology knowledge: 3 – 5yrs Experience in aseptic industry and/or Food strongly preferred
- English Language: Proficiency in written & verbal English is a must.
- Other Language: German/French/Local Language is a plus
