To lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for the IMEA region and the Demand Planning process for the India and Middle East clusters. The role owns the monthly IBP cycle end-to-end, converting the rolling sales forecast, customer production data and growth pipeline into one realistic, signed-off IMEA demand plan and a decision-ready Management Review.
-
IBP Process Leadership (IMEA) – Own the monthly 20-day IBP cycle end-to-end for IMEA: calendar, step sequencing, hand-overs between Drive the Growth, Demand Review, Supply Review, Financial Reconciliation, Risk & Scenarios and Management Review.
-
Ensure every meeting is held on time with targeted participation and cross-functional buy-in.
IBP Process Leadership (IMEA) – Prepare the Management Review pre-read and Executive Decision Pack in decision format (decision question, 2–3 options, EUR impact per option), distribute 48 hours before the meeting, and maintain the IBP Decision Log. Cascade approved decisions with owners and deadlines and track execution. -
IBP Process Leadership (IMEA) – Own the IBP Scorecard (forecast accuracy, pipeline conversion, revenue vs BU, decision implementation, cycle completion) and report it monthly to regional leadership and to Global Demand Planning.
-
IBP Process Leadership (IMEA) – Integrate Drive the Growth outputs (filler deployment pipeline, filler utilization gaps from OEE data, customer innovation seeds) into the demand plan as volume seeds with ramp-up curves; maintain the Growth Bridge from run-rate to the demand ceiling, in M Units and M Liters.
-
Demand Planning (India & Middle East) – Lead the monthly Demand Review for the India and Middle East clusters: collect KAM bottom-up forecasts, customer production actuals and stock levels; generate the statistical baseline; flag variances above 10% against the three benchmarks (same quarter last year, annual Budget, last IBP cycle); own quarterly phasing and monthly phasing for the top 10 customers per cluster.
-
Demand Planning (India & Middle East) – Consolidate the IMEA Consensus Demand Plan (India, Middle East and the Africa input), run the final sign-off call, resolve cross-cluster conflicts and apply quantified risks and opportunities. Plan expressed in dual UoM (M Units and M Liters) by customer × format × month, 6-month rolling.
-
Demand Planning (India & Middle East) – Own the Demand Risks & Opportunities log per customer (description, volume impact, EUR impact, probability, owner) and ensure it feeds the Risk & Scenario step and the Management Review.
-
Demand Planning (India & Middle East) – Hand over the signed-off demand plan to Riyadh and India (CB12) plant planning to run MRP; represent demand priorities in the Supply Review and propose allocation trade-offs in constrained periods.
-
Demand Planning (India & Middle East) – Run weekly demand control calls with KAMs on top accounts to compare actual off-take with forecast; maintain the KAM Override Accuracy Scorecard and the Forecast Accuracy Dashboard (WMAPE by cluster, customer tier and KAM).
-
Demand Planning (India & Middle East) – Lead demand-side customer projects (VMI, collaborative forecasting, launch and promotion planning with customers) and provide consultancy to KAMs and customers when needed.
-
AI & Automation Enablement – Own the IBP data model and standardized planning toolkit on the SharePoint IBP Hub: data quality and timeliness of sales actuals, OEE/customer production data, stock levels and KAM inputs; file templates and version control for all six IBP steps; sales and production closing validation.
-
AI & Automation Enablement – Operate and continuously improve the IBP automation layer: automated workflows (KAM input collection, cluster pack distribution, pre-read distribution, decision cascade), the Demand Intelligence agent (knowledge sources, human-in-the-loop gates) and the AI prompt templates for statistical forecasting, variance analysis and executive narrative. Run parallel validation of AI-generated forecasts against the current method before adoption.
- Min. 7 years of experience in demand planning / S&OP in the packaging industry or a multinational FMCG company, of which min. 2 years leading an S&OP or IBP cycle with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations).

- Computer Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP (SD/MM, APO or IBP); Power BI. Working knowledge of Power Automate, SharePoint and Copilot Studio; comfortable using generative AI tools in daily analytical work.
- Languages required to be known: English (fluent, essential). Arabic is a strong plus. Hindi, German and/or French would be a plus.
