Global FP&A Manager
Strategic and Financial Planning:
- Lead the 5‑Year Strategic Plan, Budget, and Forecast cycles, ensuring global alignment and consolidating inputs across all regions and business units.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain advanced financial models, including multi‑scenario long‑range planning and profitability simulations.
- Consolidate regional plans into a unified strategic financial outlook, ensuring consistency with corporate objectives and strategic priorities.
- Define and communicate global planning assumptions, targets, and frameworks to ensure cohesive and accurate financial submissions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Oversee regional and consolidated performance tracking against targets, budgets, and long‑range plans—providing variance analysis, insights, and recommended actions.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly analyses of portfolio performance, including topline evolution, margin trends, and profitability by customer, product, or segment.
- Support the alignment and target‑setting process with Regional CFOs, ensuring a clear link between strategic priorities and consolidated outcomes.
- Monitor consolidated budget and forecast deviations, enabling leadership to make informed decisions to achieve year‑end objectives.
Financial Processes:
- Design and manage the global planning calendar, consolidation templates, and financial frameworks to streamline global FP&A processes.Build and deliver high‑quality budget decks, strategic plan materials, and financial presentations for senior leadership.
- Lead preparation and consolidation for impairment testing and support related compliance requirements with robust financial analysis.
- Support the preparation of Strategy Review materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic relevance of financial insights.
Special Projects & Business Initiatives:
- Coordinate and track global special projects, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic goals.
- Support M&A activities, including financial modelling, synergy analysis, due diligence, and post‑merger integration.
- Define and assess STI (short‑term incentive) financial targets, ensuring alignment with consolidated business performance.Conduct ad‑hoc scenario modelling and financial deep dives to support executive decision‑making and assess business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA will be a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Planning, or Corporate Finance, preferably in a multinational environment. Experience in a business strategy consultancy firm will be a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in consolidated long‑term planning, financial modelling, and multi‑scenario simulations.Strong command of financial consolidation and planning systems, such as HFM / TM1 / Cognos / SAP
- Advanced Excel skills, ideally with VBA, Power Query, or other automation capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in complex, multi‑regional organizations.
- Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across regions and corporate functions.Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to interpret complex financial information into clear strategic insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in M&A, integration projects, or special initiatives is a plus
