Responsibility:

  •  Strong FMCG background and from beverage industry
  •  Fully understand China beverage market 
  •  Has proven track record achieving sales targets with new value propositions
  •  Responsible for overall business development in China Mainland, leading the marketing strategy and relevant execution on the new categories of carton package solution, ensure the necessary volume of new wins across the Business in line with the Business Plan are achieved
  • Establishes, manages and communicates strategic business development project timelines and deliverables with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance BD process, developing and maintaining good quality and sufficient marketing and BD materials, maintaining and expanding leads channels to ensure quantity and quality of leads generation.
  • Conduct Industry analysis, competitive assessment and collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Team, Packaging Applications, Product Development and other key stakeholders to define unique, superior value propositions for customers in new market.
  • Initiate research and analysis of the external market, competitors and internal development to ensure that a proactive business strategy and action tactic is deployed as well as to input and develop creative delivery and commercial models to increase success chance.
  • Conduct thorough cost and market price analyses to determine appropriate pricing structure.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with past and present clients so that we continue to be their preferred partners on new projects or assignments.
  • Lead, develop and train BD team in order to ensure that they are well-motivated and equipped for current and future business challenges.
  • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

 

Requirement

• A Bachelor or above degree required in Marketing or business development related.
• 8-10 years FMCG experience
• Good bilingual communication/presentation skill
