[Technical Sales Support Engineer]
Importance and aim of the job:
This position connects the AP-S Country Service organizations with the
AP-S Cluster Service departments, as well as the Global Service Business support organizations. This function contributes to Service Excellence by:
Service Products: Actively promote Product Portfolio by developing service proposals to drive Service revenue. Adapting existing service concepts & products into commercial solutions for the AP-S market.

Key job functions and success-relevant:
- Prepare / coordinate sales relevant documents: (e.g. one-pagers, presentations, service product calculation tools, and contracts). Lead the end-to-end preparation of Service Contracts for any service product, ensuring alignment both internally and towards customers.
- Contribute to the development of the Top Line Growth: (e.g. spare parts pricing, service products, TU’s…) by ensuring all contract terms and pricing models are commercially viable.
- Influence development of tools / pricing processes on Global Level to streamline the contract generation and approval workflow with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute in the plans to strengthen the Country Technical Service organizations to operate in a cost-efficient, quality-focused, and customer-centered manner.
- Development, implementation, and tracking of Service concepts & products: (e.g. Technical upgrades, products, value propositioning) and ensuring they are backed by robust service-level agreements.
- Manage service-related communication topics: (NPS, Intranet / Internet articles, Technical Service Newsletter, One-Pagers...).
- Develop service products according to Market Potential / Value and translate them into finalized Service Contracts ready for the commercial team’s execution.
