Key responsibilities
- Manage filling-line projects from kick-off through installation, commissioning, validation, and commercial start-up.
- Review technical layouts and coordinate customer approval before equipment ordering.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, checklists, and weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, sterility testing, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities.
- Prepare scopes of work and technical requirements for supplier quotations and procurement.
- Manage the installation, modification, replacement, or dismantling of filling lines and related equipment.
- Control project costs, including equipment and manpower, and promptly escalate potential budget or schedule impacts.
- Ensure compliance with SIG technical, quality, safety, and customer-site requirements.
- Provide on-site technical support and structured problem-solving throughout project execution.
- Collaborate with customers, commercial teams, global functions, suppliers, and internal technical teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical project execution, field engineering, industrial installation, or a similar environment.
- Experience with filling lines, industrial machinery, or factory utility systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of project management; a relevant certification is an advantage.
- Strong project planning, cost control, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Power BI, Power Automate, AutoCAD, and Inventor; Photoshop skills are also beneficial.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple projects and respond effectively to site issues.
- Effective communication and coordination skills across customers, suppliers, commercial teams, and global stakeholders.
- Good command of English; Bahasa language capability is an advantage.
- A Professional Engineer licence at any level is preferred.
- A proactive, positive approach with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
