Key responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support commercial strategies and decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of commercial activities, including sales, marketing, and distribution channels.
  • Cost Control: Implementing cost control measures to ensure commercial activities are conducted efficiently and within budget.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Leadership: Leading a team of financial controllers and analysts, providing guidance, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

 

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Expertise in cost management, revenue optimization, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and interpret it to make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Ability to think strategically and align financial goals with the company’s overall business objectives
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team of financial controllers and analysts.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving financial strategies.

The role is to be a business partner with APS cluster head and business team to drive APS sustainable growth. Will focus on business analysis, project management, pricing & commercial strategy, CAPEX investment, production finance, data analysis to enable management decision.

 

  • Partner with APS cluster head and business team to define growth strategy and drive execution
  • Lead the market controllers and country finance managers to manage the day-to-day business & finance operation .
  • Lead business planning/forecasting process on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and 5 year plan.
  • Forecast and monitor Revenue, Adjusted EBITDA, Free Cash Flow and other key finance KPIs
  • Provide business analysis on actual to budget / forecast / previous year performance with comprehensive variance analysis and recommending remedial actions where appropriate.
  • Monitor the business performance with KPIs and other key drivers, e.g. pricing, conversion cost, etc.
  • Key initiative to improve business analysis for business decision
  • Continuous improvement on operation optimization, simplified reporting and comprehensive analysis for busines
  • Take ownership on legal entity governance cross countries
  • Support AP FD in various initiatives and ad-hoc assignments
  • Coach and Mentor staff of the area of responsibility to enable continuous improvement in efficiency, knowledge and performance of all staff members
