This role will translate SIG’s competitive advantage into quantifiable value vs competitors, drive higher win rate through market and competitor intelligence, VBP and TCO, lead and facilitate customer CRM and certain customer-relationship building processes.
Key job functions :
- Market and Competitor Intelligence: Update and maintain market and competitor commercial intelligence in the market in systematic way and provide commercial implications with recommendations to cross-functional team.
- Value Base Pricing: guide markets on VBP model by utilizing the intelligence, enabling comprehensive Project Calculation Template (PCT) development.
- TCO Champion: identify scope to cover, lead TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) development with support from global and Product Marketing and share key finding with relevant stakeholders.
- Prospect-to-deployment process: drive the process together with Project Engineer and Product Marketing, facilitate or escalate when needed to ensure projects proceed smoothly.
- Project pipeline management: lead monthly project pipeline meeting with markets and cross-functional teams, facilitate bottlenecks, provide monthly summary & update on project pipeline and LOI wins to relevant stakeholders, ensure timely update in Salesforce through sales team.
- Go-to-Market plan: develop Go-to-Market plan for innovation or new business by working together with Product Marketing and markets.
- NPS: Manage and control pre-work for NPS (Net Promoting Score) with global team, develop NPS deep dive report and share with relevant team, ensure markets and regional-function teams define action plans and signed off, ensure completion in Salesforce through sales team.
- E-portal: Determine scope of implementation based on the current e-portal features developed by global team, provide regional requirements for the portal enhancement.
- Customer event management: lead overall project management, coordinate with cross-functional team in markets, regions and global for all aspects, ensure complete and correct execution during the event
