Key responsibilities
- Apoiar o desenvolvimento de protocolos para qualificação de novas matérias-primas e fornecedores, seguindo diretrizes técnicas e procedimentos estabelecidos, contribuindo para a avaliação da conformidade e viabilidade dos materiais utilizados nos processos e produtos.
- Realizar ensaios mecânicos, testes laboratoriais e análises microscópicas, utilizando métodos e equipamentos específicos para avaliar propriedades e desempenho dos materiais, além de apoiar investigações de desvios e problemas identificados em processos e junto a clientes.
- Preparar e organizar amostras para análises internas, externas e envio a outras áreas, garantindo a identificação e rastreabilidade dos materiais. Coletar e consolidar dados provenientes de testes e análises, utilizando planilhas e ferramentas de controle para assegurar o registro e acompanhamento dos resultados.
- Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios técnicos e o acompanhamento de projetos de qualificação e otimização de produtos e processos, reunindo informações e resultados relevantes. Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Qualidade, Produção e Suprimentos, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de soluções alinhadas às necessidades dos clientes e às estratégias da empresa.
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Desejável Técnico ou tecnólogo de áreas correlatas como técnico em plásticos, polímeros ou processos industriais, técnico em química;
- Graduação em curso ou completa em engenharia de materiais, engenharia química, engenharia de produção, ou áreas correlatas.
- Pacote Office Intermediário
- Inglês Intermediário; Espanhol básico
