Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end customer service and complete order processing, reporting & dashboard
- Verify terms and conditions with agreed customer terms.
- Adjust order size to match logistics requirement versus production requirements
- Check L/C conditions as well as other payment terms
- Place PO in SAP system and follow up with production sites the confirmed order, EXW date
- Prioritize the order in case of emergency orders or bottlenecks in production
- Supporting the local Key account manager in case of new business initiation & implementation phase with all necessary input with respect to supply chain in order to win the business with smooth process implementation
- Prepare Shipment / LC /commercial documents
- Follow the design making process status and make sure that met the communicated EXW
- Convey the quality claim from customers to the quality department
- Analyze customer forecast planning file and give feedback on customer order trend and in market activities
- Prepare and Analyze Rolling Shipment plan as per Rolling Production Plan
- Prepare and send Intercompany Cylinder Invoice/ depreciation & stock scrapping to SC with detailed information on # of cylinders engraved, Reason for engraving, Costs per cylinder
- Prepare and send cylinder ageing process to KAM/ Customers for feedback on scrapping/ new order/ modification/special request etc. track what cylinders are physically scrapped. And communicate/coordinate the outcome to/with preprint and all SCM team, maintain tracker for the same
- To follow up freight invoices from forwarders then check the price as per agreed rates
- Prepare detailed monthly report on manifest Invoice request
